TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our website www.revivoavenue.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policy published on the Site. We recommend you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

The Site is built on the WordPress platform and operated using the WooCommerce e-commerce software. It is hosted by Aut O’Mattic Ltd. (Automattic), Grand Canal Dock, 25 Herbert Place, Dublin, D02 AY86, Ireland. The publication director is the legal representative of 137 Project, CEO Kirill IUSUPOV.
ORDERS AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
Orders are placed online at www.revivoavenue.com. The ordering process requires you to select your items, review your basket, enter your delivery and billing details, choose a payment method and confirm your order. Before final confirmation, you are able to check and correct any errors.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in the event of a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, or non-payment — and will refund any sum already paid in such cases. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in euros or in your local currency and include all applicable VAT and taxes. All shipping charges, duties and taxes are covered by Revivo Avenue, so there is nothing further to pay upon delivery.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely by our authorised payment service providers (such as [PAYMENT PROCESSOR, e.g. Stripe] and PayPal); we do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received and authorised.
Prices may change at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it. For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch or delivery date is stated on the product page.
DELIVERY
We deliver to most countries worldwide. If you can enter your shipping address at checkout and complete the order, we are able to deliver to your location. Average delivery times are indicated at checkout and are expressed in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on dispatch time, customs workload, national holidays, strikes or other exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In accordance with EU legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU and Articles L.216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), we undertake to deliver your order no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Deliveries are carried out by recognised carriers such as DHL, DPD, Chronopost, La Poste, Cirro, GOFO, Evri, Australia Post or equivalent. Orders are shipped from our international warehouse located in China. In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) only upon physical possession of the goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, EU customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision before the deadline by an unambiguous statement, for example by email to [email protected], or by using the model withdrawal form. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached; items whose paper tags have been cut cannot be accepted. After notifying us, you must ship the return within 14 days and provide a tracking number. The date of shipment shown by the tracking data is what counts, not the date of receipt at our warehouse; packages shipped after this period cannot be accepted.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, in accordance with our Return Policy. We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and good working order. Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receiving the returned item. For EU orders, refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase; for orders outside the EU, refunds are issued as store credit of equivalent value.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to order or clearly personalised, or for sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at [email protected], and we will do our best to accommodate your request. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal described above.
PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics of our products — including composition, size, fit and care instructions — are presented on each product page. All photographs are professionally retouched for presentation purposes. Models may wear sizes that differ from their usual size to achieve a particular styling or artistic effect. Accessories and decorative elements shown in photographs are not included unless expressly stated. Slight variations in colour, appearance or fit caused by lighting, screen settings or styling do not constitute a defect. Please consult the size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Revivo Avenue is a concept fashion store promoting minimalist streetwear. We work both with white-label products and partner brands. The country of origin and partner-brand information are available at all times in the “Product Care & Details” section of each product page.
LEGAL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
We are legally required to deliver goods that conform to the contract. Independently of any commercial warranty, all products are covered by:
the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), under which you have 2 years from delivery of the goods to act, and may obtain repair or replacement (and, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale) without cost; and
When you act under the legal guarantee of conformity, you are not required to prove the existence of the lack of conformity during the 24 months following delivery; you benefit from a presumption that any defect existed at the time of delivery. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for our statutory obligations to consumers.
DATA PROTECTION
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés). The data you provide when ordering — such as your name, address, contact details and payment information — is used solely to process and deliver your order, provide customer support and comply with our legal obligations.
The legal bases for processing are the performance of the sales contract, our legitimate interest in the proper management of our business and, where applicable, your consent (for example, to receive our newsletter). Your data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and to meet applicable legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data, nor share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your data may be shared with our processors strictly for the operation of the Site and the fulfilment of your order — including our hosting provider, the WooCommerce/WordPress technical environment, our payment service providers and our delivery carriers — under agreements that require them to protect your data. You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing on legitimate grounds, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time where consent is the legal basis. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) in France, or with your local supervisory authority.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by French law. This choice of law does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence within the EU. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before the competent court of your place of residence within the EU.
MEDIATION
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, after first submitting a written complaint to us, you are entitled to use a free consumer mediation service. Our designated mediator is the Médiateur du e-commerce de la FEVAD, 60 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris — www.mediateurfevad.fr.
