DUTIES & TAXES

No hidden fees. All taxes and customs charges are fully covered by Revivo Avenue — you will not be charged anything upon delivery.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer several delivery methods depending on your location. Select your country at checkout to see the options available to you. If someone is collecting your parcel on your behalf, they will need to present your ID along with their own.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

Revivo Avenue cannot be held liable for orders not received due to failed delivery attempts resulting from the recipient’s absence, an incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided by the customer at checkout, or non-collection of the parcel from a designated pick-up point within the timeframe communicated by the carrier (typically 10 business days). Orders not received for any of these reasons are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for verifying that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Revivo Avenue cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, additional charges, or non-delivery resulting from address errors made by the customer.

Depending on the carrier’s own policy, a non-received parcel may be either reshipped at the customer’s own expense, or disposed of by the carrier, in which case the order is considered closed.
